At Picklesphere, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you have an issue with any product purchased from us, please CONTACT US FIRST at customerservice@picklesphere.com with your name, date of purchase, a description of the problem, and we will make it right. If the item was received damaged, defective or incorrect due to our error, please include a photo of the issue along with your email.

Our Return Policy

In general, you may return an item in new condition (unworn, unwashed, undamaged) within 30 days of delivery. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will provide either 1) an exchange at no additional cost, or 2) a full refund of the original purchase price, whichever you prefer. We ask you to cover your cost to return the item unless the item was received by you damaged, defective or incorrect due to our error, in which case, we will cover it.

Shipments Returned To Us By The Carrier

If a carrier returns your items to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, or was unclaimed by you for some other reason, we will contact you to see how you would like to proceed. If desired, we will be happy to ship it to you again minus a fee for re-shipping costs. The amount of the fee will depend on the item, quantity, etc. To avoid this situation, please make sure that your shipping address is correct when ordering.
